Morris
Hodkin, President; Mr. Hodkin graduated with a Bachelor
of Arts degree from Adelphi University in 1964. He has been a professional
in the fields of appraisals and liquidations since 1964. In 1972
he co-founded Daley-Hodkin Corporation, and now serves as President/Treasurer.
He has been qualified as an expert witness regarding appraisals
and liquidations in Federal Bankruptcy Courts throughout the United
States. He has been a guest speaker and lecturer regarding appraisals
and liquidations to financial institutions, professional organizations
and universities. Mr. Hodkin is a member of the New York State Auctioneers
Association, the National Auctioneers Association, the Industrial
Auctioneers Association, the Governing Board of the Commercial Finance
Association Education Foundation, the Turnaround Management and
a Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. |

Joseph
Hodkin, a principal of the firm; has been with Daley-Hodkin
Corporation since 1972. He was elected Vice-President of the firm
in 1979, Executive Vice President in 1989, and Secretary in 1994.
He has been qualified as an expert witness regarding auctions and
appraisals in numerous Federal Bankruptcy Courts and has guest-lectured
at many financial institutions and professional organizations. He
is a member of the New York State Auctioneers Association, the International
Association of Assessing Officers, the National Auctioneers Association,
the Industrial Auctioneers Association and Board Member of the Turnaround
Management Association (Long Island Chapter).
