BUYER’S PREMIUM: 13% Buyer’s Premium will apply for on-site bidders;16% Buyer’s Premium will apply for on line bidders. No online bidding for Bulk Bid of Real Property and Personal Property.
AUCTION REGISTRATION: All potential bidders must register to become eligible to bid.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: 25% minimum deposit at time of knockdown. ON-LINE: To be eligible to bid on-line, all Internet Bidders must register with BidSpotter.com & provide Daley-Hodkin LLC a 25% deposit of their estimated maximum bid amount, which must be received no later then 3:00 pm on TUESDAY, MARCH 24, 2009.
BULK BID FOR REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY: 10% minimum deposit at time of knockdown.
FINAL PAYMENTS:
PERSONAL PROPERTY: All final payments are due and payable within 72 hours after conclusion of the Auction Sale.
BULK BID FOR REAL & PERSONAL PROPERTY: ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT OF 25% OF FULL PURCHASE PRICE DUE WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM DATE OF BID ACCEPTANCE.
FORM OF DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS: To consist of cash, a cashier’s check or other certified funds (cash equivalent) made payable to Daley-Hodkin LLC. Company or personal checks accepted only if accompanied by bank letter (see sample letter) which states that the bank will guarantee payment up to a specified amount (this letter must contain the words “guarantee payment”).
FINANCING: Buyers are to obtain their own financing. The auction sale is not contingent upon the buyer securing or obtaining financing.
CONDITIONS: All items are sold “as-is”, “where-is” and as announced at the time of the sale. All sales are final. Copies of additional terms and conditions will be posted at the time of sale. The information in this advertisement and any other materials provided is correct to the best of our knowledge and in no other way can we guarantee accuracy of same.
